BEV (Battery Electric Vehicle) is a kind of car that uses a single battery as the energy storage power source. It uses the battery as the energy storage power source to provide electrical energy to the motor through the battery and drive the motor to run, thereby driving the car to travel. The rechargeable batteries of pure electric vehicles mainly include lead-acid batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries, nickel-hydrogen batteries and lithium-ion batteries. These batteries can provide the power of pure electric vehicles. The common endurance of modern electric vehicles is 300-500 kilometers.

HEV (Hybrid Electric Vehicle) refers to those models that use traditional fuels and are equipped with electric motors/engines to improve low-speed power output and fuel consumption. According to whether it can be externally charged, it can be divided into plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEV) and non-plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (MHEV).
